Concasse Tasting Table

The menu changes daily and commits itself to serving classic cuisine with the finest quality ingredients, along with impeccable guest service.

 

Since 2016, the Michelin Guide has awarded The Concasse their highest rating of three stars. The James Beard Foundation gave The Concasse the highly coveted “Outstanding Restaurant Award” in 2017.

The Concasse Restaurant is recognized for their dedication to maintaining the highest international standards for hospitality and culinary excellence. So naturally when they came to me to rebrand their services....I jumped with joy.

 

I, coming from a culinary background was the perfect fit for this project......and the TASTINGS were FANTASTIC!

French: concassé (plural concassés)

1.  (cooking) Food (fish, fruit, vegetables, etc) that has been coarsely chopped or cut into large pieces.

This project was a huge success!  The executive Chef was happy with the process, concepts and the final project.

The entire project was about creating a strategy to match the creative theories of the restaurant.

Execution is in the hands of the chef and represents many elements—knowledge, training, experience, skill, tools—that contribute to the cuisine we serve.

When ingredients arrive at the restaurant they are freshly harvested for each service from our local farm.  Our responsibility as chefs, is to artfully execute dishes for your enjoyment.

Simplicity & Natural

Simple clean design is to strip away the “non-essentials” of a design, to return it to a pure, simple state.  The goal is to improve the design’s overall effectiveness.
