FISH BONES JAPANESE RAMEN HOUSE
Step back in time at Fish Bones, where the vibrant energy of Tokyo meets the comforting embrace of a perfect bowl of ramen. Our mission is to transport you to a bygone era of Japanese culinary charm, serving up authentic, soul-satisfying ramen steeped in tradition and infused with a playful, nostalgic spirit. At Fish Bones, we believe the heart of exceptional ramen lies in its broth. Our signature bowls feature rich, complex broths crafted with a unique twist – a subtle, yet profound, depth of flavor derived from meticulously prepared fish bones. This uncommon approach delivers an umami bomb that is both familiar and exciting, setting our ramen apart.

Color Theory
In traditional Japanese aesthetics, colors carry profound meaning and symbolism. Black, or kuro, often signifies formality, mystery, and sometimes sorrow, but can also represent experience and sophistication. Yellow, kiiro, is associated with nature, brightness, and sometimes courage. A deep, rich blue like konjo could evoke imperial dignity and stability. White, shiro, is paramount, representing purity, sacredness, and death. Lastly, deep red, beni, is vibrant and powerful, symbolizing passion, life, and protection, often used in celebratory events and to ward off evil. These colors, among others, are integral to Japanese art, clothing, and cultural expression.
